These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of alhadid.org and the Al Hadid LMS, operated by Al Hadid Complementary Medicine Academy (SMC-Private) Limited and Al Hadid NLP & Silva School (SMC-Private) Limited, together operating as “Al Hadid”. By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or subscribing to Al Hadid Premium, you agree to these terms.

Al Hadid is a professional education, continuing education, and skill-development platform. Our programs provide practical and academic training beyond conventional curricula. Al Hadid does not award statutory professional degrees (such as MBBS, BDS, DPT, or BHMS) and does not independently license any learner to practise a regulated profession. Course information is publicly viewable without an account. An account is required only to enroll, pay, or access protected LMS content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Fees, enrollment status, and access rules for each program are shown on the relevant course page and are database-driven — the same figures apply everywhere they are displayed. Enrollment in a given program is subject to availability and, where stated, an enrollment closing date. Al Hadid LMS courses are pre-recorded and self-paced; any physical practical workshop associated with a program is scheduled and communicated separately.

Certificates are issued upon meeting the stated completion requirements for a program (such as lesson completion, quizzes, or assignments). Certificates confirm completion of an Al Hadid educational program; they are not a license to practise a regulated profession and do not represent a university degree unless explicitly stated and independently verifiable.

You agree not to share your LMS account or protected course content with others, misuse the certificate verification system, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Al Hadid programs are educational in nature. To the extent permitted by law, Al Hadid is not liable for decisions made or actions taken by learners applying course content outside the scope of their lawful professional qualifications and registration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or LMS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
