Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a payment for a paid course is submitted and approved, enrollment access is granted based on the program's stated delivery type (pre-recorded LMS access, and/or a scheduled practical workshop where applicable).

A learner may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 20% of the course's pre-recorded lessons have been accessed and no certificate has been issued. Requests outside this window, or after the stated threshold of content has been accessed, are not eligible for a refund.

Al Hadid Premium is billed on a recurring basis as stated on the Premium page at the time of subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for. Access to Premium-included courses continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Certificate re-issuance fees, and any course explicitly marked non-refundable on its program page at the time of purchase, are not eligible for refund.

Contact our support team through the Contact page or WhatsApp with your enrollment/payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
