Certificate Policy

An Al Hadid certificate confirms that a named learner has completed the stated requirements of a specific Al Hadid educational program, as of a specific completion date, including any stated training/contact hours. It does not confer a license to practise a regulated profession, does not represent a university degree, and does not represent regulator-recognized CME/CPD credit unless a competent accrediting body has explicitly approved that specific program — in which case the accrediting body and approval will be named on the certificate and program page.

We use precise, consistent titling: “Certificate of Completion,” “Professional Training Certificate,” or “Professional Diploma” only where the program's scope and assessment structure supports that specific term. The exact title, issuer (the relevant Al Hadid academy), and training hours appear on both the certificate and the program page.

Certificates are issued only after a learner meets the completion requirements defined for that specific program — such as lesson completion, quiz scores, assignments, or (where applicable) a practical assessment.

Every certificate carries a unique verification code. Anyone can confirm a certificate's authenticity at our certificate verification page using that code. Verification confirms issuance and completion details only; it is not a statement of professional licensure or clinical competence.

If you believe your certificate contains an error (such as a misspelled name), contact support with your verification code. Re-issuance for reasons other than an Al Hadid error may carry a fee as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
