Al Hadid Complementary Medicine Academy and Al Hadid NLP & Silva School are registered/incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Companies Act, 2017, subject to the exact legal status stated in their respective corporate documents. SECP corporate registration is a matter of company law and is not the same as, and does not constitute, a professional healthcare licence, a government accreditation of curriculum, or a regulator's recognition of continuing education credit. Al Hadid does not award MBBS, BDS, DPT, BHMS, BEMS, or any other statutory or university degree, and does not independently grant a license to practise medicine, physiotherapy, psychology, nutrition, Tibb, homeopathy, or any other regulated profession. Where our program descriptions reference these fields, they describe the professional or learner audience the program is designed for — not a credential Al Hadid confers.

Clinical and therapeutic skill programs are intended for appropriately qualified professionals, practitioners, and eligible students, who must at all times work within their own lawful professional scope, qualifications, and registration with the relevant professional regulator. Completing an Al Hadid program does not expand a learner's legal scope of practice.

Al Hadid does not claim regulator-recognized CME/CPD credit for a program unless a competent accrediting body has actually approved that program, in which case the accrediting body is named explicitly. Where no such approval exists, we describe programs using training hours, contact hours, or learning hours rather than CME/CPD credit.
