Overview
The Faculty of Medicine exists for those who refuse to treat the body as a machine and health as a checklist. We bring modern clinical education and traditional systems of care into one faculty — so students can honour balance, nature, and lived experience without discarding what contemporary science has clarified.
Our scope covers the major medical fields practised in Pakistan: MBBS, BDS, DPT, Homeopathy, MS, and BHMS. Within the faculty, learning is organised through clear departments — from medicine and physiotherapy to nutrition, complementary therapies, and herbal medicine — with further course structures to be published as programmes are finalised.
Philosophy
True healing asks for more than symptom management. It asks for attention to constitution, lifestyle, emotion, and spirit — the patterns that keep illness returning or allow recovery to deepen.

Departments
Department of Medicine
Anchors the faculty’s modern medical orientation — preparing learners for clinical reasoning, patient care foundations, and pathways connected to fields such as MBBS and related medical study.
Department of Physiotherapy
Focuses on rehabilitation, physical function, and therapeutic movement, including study aligned with DPT and soft-tissue approaches such as dry needling where clinically appropriate.
Department of Nutrition
Teaches nutritional foundations and practical dietary guidance aligned with both contemporary evidence and traditional wisdom about digestion and vitality.
Department of Complementary Therapies
Houses complementary practice streams — including cupping therapy (hijama), acupuncture, and related modalities — as one department within Medicine, not as the name of the faculty.
Department of Herbal Medicine (Herbalist)
Develops herbalist competence: identification, preparation logic, safety, and responsible application of plant medicines within clear professional boundaries.
